Magdalena Scholl was born 3 January 1815 in Graben Germany. Her parents were Philipp Scholl 1785-1858 and Christina Krauss 1788 - 1830. Magdalena married Emanuel Nagel on 20 Jan 1835

No. 1. On the 3rd of January [1815] midday at 1:00 pm was born in the local parish and on the 5th of the same month midday at 1:00 pm was baptized: Magdalena.
Parents are: Philipp Scholl, local citizen and master mason, and his wife, Christine, née Kraußin.
Baptismal witnesses are: (1) Philipp Brauch, citizen and master cooper from here, (2) his wife Elisabetha, née Speckin; (3) Jakob Werner, local citizen and master tailor, (4) his wife, Magdalena, née Herbsterin.
Graben, on the 5th of January 1815. T.G. Beck, pastor.

In the year of Christ 1835, on the 20th of January in the morning at 11:00 am, on presentation/submittal of official marriage certificate d. d. Karlsruhe 17 December 1834, no. 17836, were married: the new budding local citizen "Emmanuel" Nagel, a legitimate unmarried son of the deceased local citizen and master shoemaker Johann Philipp Nagel and his wife Maria Katharina, née Süß, Evangelical [Protestant] faith, and with him Magdalene Scholl, a legitimate unmarried daughter of the local citizen and master mason Philipp Scholl and his deceased wife Christine, née Krauß, likewise Evangelical [Protestant] faith.
Witnesses were: Christoph Lind and Philipp? Krauß, citizens.

His parents are: Philipp Scholl, citizen and mason here, and the deceased Christina Krauß.
Witnesses are: (1) Jakob Friedrich Süß, citizen and farmer here. (2) Christoph Werner, citizen and day laborer here.

In the year of Christ 1854 on the 10th of June in the evening at 6:00 pm died here and was buried on the 12th of the same month in the evening at 5:00 pm by the undersigned pastor: Magdalena Nagel, wife of "Immanuel" Nagel, citizen and farmer here, age: 39 years, 5 months, and 7 days. Her parents are: Philipp Scholl, citizen and master mason here, and the deceased Christine Krauß, his late wife.
Witnesses: Martin Heßler, citizen and master baker here. Jakob Friedrich Blau, citizen and farmer here.
