Edward Lee Barner I have to stay off face book I thought I was just writing to Renata Pavluva. FYI I also studied by candle like and had newspaper in my shoe where the holes were. Just kidding. But I didn't think I was telling everyone everything. I've been on antidepressant medication a long time. Not sayin but it works.
Edward Lee Barner We're in a fast track. To Berlin tomorrow. I return next week hopefully in time for the Temple dedication in Prague. I'm here for a month. Today at Church was just a celebrity drop by. No AC, no translation. Our last of 3 short days in Prague. See you for dinner when I get back. Ed
Edward Lee Barner I look as big as a barn.... I'm only at 200 pounds and 6 ft 2 in. If I'd stand up straight. Becca and I shared a room for this trip and she was a really good sport about my coughing, snoring, wheezing and frequent night nature calls and leg cramps... Jumping out of bed at all hours and dancing around the room to try to work out the kinks. What a trooper and she still hugged me during the day.
Edward L. Barner graduated from Brigham Young University in 1966 with a degree in Interpersonal Communication. Before coming to BYU he had experience as an entertainment manager in Los Angeles. He eventually went on to manage PGA golfers, including Billy Casper, Johnny Miller, and Lanny Wadkins.
As a student at BYU Barner was attracted to The Vectors, a big name band created by BYU students during the '60s. He became the band's second manager, promoting them and arranging bookings in various teen clubs. The Vectors disbanded as Barner's fellow students graduated and Barner reassembled the remaining students and recruited more to form another band, The Remnants.
