Frederick Scholl was born 4 Dec 1749 in Graben. He was the son of

On the 4th of December 1749, a little son of Matthias Scholl, citizen and tailor, from his wife Margretha, née Zimmermännin, was born to the world, so thereafter was baptized and was named Friedrich.
Baptismal sponsors are Jerg Friedr[ich] Negelin, citizen and "Cronenwirth"?, with his wife Jacobina, and Ulrich Weeber, citizen and farmer, with his wife Salome.
Left margin: died 13 August 1823.
Comment: If the questionable word is "Cronenwirth" then it translates as: innkeeper at the sign of the crown.
Translation Marion Wolfert:
On the 4 December 1749 was born and thereafter baptized:
Friedrich, the son of Matthias Schollen, a citizen and tailor and wife Margaretha nee Zimmermann. Witnesses are Friedrich Nagel a citizen.

1778. On the 10th of February Friderich Scholl, legitimately conceived son of old Mattheis Scholl, the local citizen and master tailor with Margaretha, née Zimmermännin, and Johanna Münnichin, née Münnichin, surviving widow of the late Jacob Becker, former citizen here.
My comment: The bride's maiden surname appears twice in this record: once in the right-hand margin and again in the record itself immediately below her forename.
